About accommodations
- Can minors (those under 18 years old) stay alone at your hotels?
Yes, minors may stay alone.
When checking in, please submit a parental consent form or similar document (letter).
- Do you have discounts for long stays?
We can make monthly and weekly reservations.
The discount rate differs depending on the length of stay. Please inquire with each hotel.

- I would like to remain in my room and work during the day while staying two or more nights in a row. Is there any extra charge?
There is no extra charge if you are staying at the hotel for two or more nights in a row.
- Do you have a waiting list?
I'm sorry, but we don't have a waiting list.
- Do you have any hotels where I can stay with my pet?
At present we do not have any hotels where you can stay with your pet.

- Must I register as a member to make a reservation?
You must register as a member.
Please create a new account on our website.
- How many days in advance can I make a reservation from your website?
You can make a reservation up to one year in advance.
Please inquire with each hotel for reservations after that.

- How can I make a reservation?
Please proceed to the reservations screen from the reservations page, room availability page, or the list of plans available on each hotel’s website.
You must register as a member to make a reservation.
- I finished making a reservation but did not receive a confirmation email.
Reservation confirmation emails are sent automatically from each hotel. Please set your inbox to allow emails from dormy-hotels.com.
The email could also be in your junk folder.
- I set my mobile phone (smartphone) to accept or reject emails (domain settings). Can I receive reservation confirmation emails?
You might not be able to receive the emails if your phone is set to reject emails.
Please set your phone to accept emails from dormy-hotels.com.
- I forgot my reservation number.
You can check your reservation number on the My Page screen after completing a reservation.
Your reservation number is also shown in your reservation confirmation email.
- I would like to change or cancel a reservation.
Please follow the procedures from “To confirm, change or cancel reservations.”
- I made a reservation from another company’s website, but the reservation does not appear on the reservation inquiry screen on My Page.
Only reservations made through Dormy Inn’s website can be confirmed on your My Page screen.
Please see the website where you made your reservation.
- Can a reservation be made even if the person making the reservation is different from the person(s) staying?
Yes, a reservation can be made. Please fill out the information for “Other person” under “Guest information.”
- Is there a cancellation fee?
The cancellation fees are show below. However, if a hotel has established its own fees, then generally those fees will apply..

About registering as a member on Dormy Inn website
- Is registration free?
There is no registration fee or annual membership fee.
- How can I register as a member?
You can register as a member online from this website.
Click “Registration for new members” at the top of the page, enter your email address,
click “Send,” and an email with the URL (address) of the member registration page will be sent to the email address you entered.
- Can I make a reservation without registering as a member?
No. The reservation service on this website is available only to members.
- I registered as a member, but I did not receive the registration confirmation email.
Registration confirmation and reservation notification emails are sent automatically. Please set your inbox to allow emails from hotespa.net and dormy-hotels.com.
- I would like to change my registered information.
Log in to My Page on our website or app and then make the changes under the “To change customer info” section.
- I forgot my password.
Please click “Forgotten password” on the log in screen to reset your password.
- I registered as a member but cannot log in.
You cannot log in unless you correctly enter the email address and password that you registered.
Please try to log in again, being careful about capital and lowercase letters in your registered email address and password.
- How do you handle my personal information?

About our hotels (facilities, fees, hours)
- Is there a fee for children?
The fees for children are the same at all Dormy Inn hotels.
Fees for children (standard at all our hotels)
• 0 to 2 years old: One child sharing a bed with another person paying full price: Free*
• 3 years old to elementary school age: One child sharing a bed with another person paying full price: 2,000 yen*
-This fee applies to reservations made on or after Saturday, June 1, 2019.
If a reservation was made on or before Friday, May 31, 2019, the fee for one child sharing a bed with another person paying full price is 1,000 yen*.
• Junior high school age and over: Same rate as adults
* Same rate as adults if a separate futon/duvet or bed is needed.
If anything is unclear, please inquire with each hotel.
- Do you have baby playpens, cradles, and baby bathtubs?
Some of our hotels lend these items out at the front desk.

- How much does breakfast cost?
The cost depends on the hotel.
If breakfast is included in your plan, there is no extra charge. Please check plans when making your reservation.

- Can persons besides guests eat breakfast at the hotel?
Yes.
However, a reservation must be made in advance. Please contact the hotel by 22:00 the day before.

- Is there a charge for early check-in or late checkout?
As a rule, we charge 1,000 yen per person, per hour.
Ex:) 2,000 yen per hour for two people sharing one room
- How can I get to the hotel?
Please check each hotel’s website for directions.
If the directions are unclear, please inquire with the hotel.

- Can I reserve a parking space?
Some hotels offer parking reservations on a first-come-first-served basis. Please inquire directly with each hotel or see the hotel’s website for details.

About luggage handling
- Can I send my luggage via express courier service to the hotel?
Yes. You may send your luggage via express courier service to the hotel. Please provide the following information when sending your luggage:
• Date of check-in
• Name of reservation
• Telephone number where you can be reached
• Please keep a copy of the tracking number (indicated on the shipping label) for confirmation.
* We do not accept delivery of luggage sent COD (cash on delivery).
Please make sure to pay for the delivery yourself.
- I would like to send a package that needs to be refrigerated or frozen. Can you take the delivery?
I'm sorry, but we do not accept delivery of packages that need to be refrigerated or frozen.
If you send such a package, we may ask the delivery company to store it.
- Can I leave my luggage in the hotel before checking in?
Yes, you may.
However, we cannot accept fragile items or valuables. Please store these by yourself.
Please note that the hotel shall not be held liable for loss or damage to luggage.
- I would like to go sightseeing near the hotel after checking out. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, you may.
However, you must pick up your luggage by 23:00 on the same day.
Also, we cannot accept fragile items or valuables. Please store these by yourself.
Please note that the hotel shall not be held liable for loss or damage to luggage.
About using the large public bath

Day bathing is available at some hotels. Please inquire directly with each hotel or see the hotel’s website for details.

- When is the large public bath open for use?
The times differ depending on the hotel, such as when the bath is switched between men and women.
Please inquire directly with each hotel or see the hotel’s website for details.

- Are there towels in the changing room?
Towels are not provided in the changing room. Please bring a towel from your room.
You can then exchange the towel for a fresh one at the front desk.
- Can I soak a towel into the bathtub or wear a bathing suit in the large public bath?
Please do not soak a towel into the water.
Also, bathing suits are not allowed.
- I have a tattoo. Can I use the large public bath?
As a rule, it is not allowed.
However, some hotels have a sticker that you can use to hide your tattoo. If your tattoo is small enough to be hidden with a sticker, you may use the large public bath.
