Q01. What time is check-in & check-out?
A. Check-in time is only available after 3pm. (For dormy inn EXPRESS Mikawa Anjou, check-in time is only available after 5pm.) (For La Vista Kushirogawa Check-in time is only available after 2pm.) Check-out is 11 am. Please inform us the expected arrival time. In case of delays, please contact the hotel on the arrival day. (For dormy inn EXPRESS Koriyama & Mikawa Anjou, check-out time is 10am.)

Q02. My plane arrives early at 7am. Can I check-in earlier? Can you hold my luggage until check-in?
A. I'm afraid that check-in time is only available after 3pm. Yes, certainly. Please bring your luggage to the front desk.

Q03. Early check-in or late check-out is possible?
A. Yes, an additional 10% of the room rate will be charged for early check-in and late check-out. But it will depend on the vacancy of the room(s).

A. はい。早着と延長料金を請求いたします。一時間当たり室料の10％を基づいてご精算になります。すべて部屋の空き状況によります。

Q04. Can I use a credit card?
A. Yes. We accept VISA, JCB, Union Pay, Master, Diners and American Express etc.

Q05. Can I pay in foreign currency?
A. No,only Japanese currency(Yen) is accepted. We do not accept Traveller's cheque.

Q06. When should I pay for the room?
A. Please pay the full amount in advance when you check-in.

Q07. Do you serve a breakfast?
A. Yes, breakfast is served. The style and rate of breakfast differs among the facilities. (Varies from 600 yen to 1500yen). Some hotels offers complimentary breakfast (no need to pay additional charges)

Q10. Is there a bathtub in the room?
A. Most of our guest's room have a bathtub, as well as a shower in the guest room. Some room does not have a shower room,but every guest can use the communal SPA free in our hotel. Please ask the hotel staff for details.

A. お部屋はシャワーブースとなります。ホテルにより、バスタブを設置した部屋、又、バス・シャワーもございます。シャワーブースがないものもございます。宿泊者は大浴場を無料ご利用できます。詳細はホテルにお問い合わせ下さい。

Q11. What is the meaning of semi-double bed room?
A. The room has only one bed (bed width is 120cm) inside the room. It is possible for two guests to use one room.

Q12. Do you have internet service in the hotel?
A. Yes, internet LAN access is available at lobby area and guests room at the hotel. Free rental of LAN cables. You will need to bring your own laptop and power adaptor or connector for use in Japan. Note: American laptops do not need a power converter.

Q13. I need room cleaning every day. Is it possible?
A. For guests who require room cleaning, please feel free to request it. As an ecologically minded hotel, we would like to ask your cooperation in this ecology activity. For guests staying more that one night, room cleaning will only be done upon request. If you would like your room cleaned, stick the WeCo card on the outside of your door by 9am. Make sure the WeCo side is facing outwards. ※ If no WeCo card is showing, we will presume that no room-cleaning is needed. We will just empty the trash and clean the ashtray(s). ※ Please ask for free refills of towels and amenities goods from the front desk.

Q14. Can I use the Hot Spring Bath for free?
A. Yes,our hotel guests can use it for free during your stay.

Q15. Do I need a swimming suit for Hot Spring Bath?
A. No,we have two bathes separating for women and men. Swimming suits are prohibited inside the hotspring bath.

Q15. 温泉に入る時、水着を着用してもよいですか？
A. 温泉は男女別になります。水着の着用は禁止です。

Q16. Why should I leave the key to front desk every time I go out?
A. While you are out, the housekeeping staff will enter the room for cleaning. Dropping the key to the front desk will make housekeeping operate smoother. The absence of key at front desk means guests are inside the hotel. So, hotel staff can transfer outside calls more efficiently. Losing room key will be penalize. Actual expenses will be compensated.

Q16. なぜ部屋のカギを外出時にフロントに預けなくてはいけないでしょうか？
A. 清掃時間はお客様がフロントに鍵を預けた時を見計らって清掃に入ります。また、鍵の有無は外線をお繋ぎする為の目安にもなりますので、ご協力ください。紛失した場合は実費を申し受けます。

Q17. Can foreigners join hotespa as a member, too?
A. Yes, certainly. We apologize our hotespa homepage is written in Japanese language only. You need to input the information all in Japanese language.

Q19. My 4-year old kid is coming with us. Is it free for children to stay?
A. Infants are free of charge. Extra person charge of 1,000 Yen for each child from 3 to 6 years old using existing bedding in the same room as the parents. If separate bedding is requested, they will be charged as adults.

Q19. 子供を連れて行きたいのですが、子供は無料で宿泊できますか？
A. 3才～6才が添い寝の場合、一人当たり1,000円となります。ベッドをご利用の場合は、大人料金がかかります。

Q20. Could my friends or relatives visit to my room as visitors or guests?
A. Guests are not allowed to bring friends or family into the room. Please meet them at the lobby.
